First Impressions and Nose Hair Groomers

Most younger men never think twice about nose or ear hair much less thinking about a nose hair grooming tool. Sadly though as time goes by and the years add up we seem to keep sprouting new crops of hair in places we never thought possible. Seeing as how this can be quite unsightly we have to add a new routine to our grooming routine. It doesn’t have to be difficult or painful. In fact it can be quite easy with an electric nose hair groomer.

You know the old saying about first impressions… right? Well nasal hairs can certainly affect first impressions. It’s hard to talk to someone face to face when they have a dark hair sticking out of their nose. It just makes for an uncomfortable situation for both parties involved.

Removing unwanted hair has dual benefits for you as well. First and most obvious, it makes for a nicer appearance. Second, It can actually help you breathe better. The nasal passages need a small amount of hairs to help filter foreign objects from entering the lungs and body. This in turn keeps you healthy and free from the bad guys like allergies and viruses.

Picking out the right nose hair groomer doesn’t have to take very long. However, you do want to take a little bit of time and shop around. Read some online reviews. Look at the models on the left hand side of this page from Amazon. Those are very popular models, especially the Groom Mate Platinum XL Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer which is what I use my self when I’m on the road. And I “highly” recommend it. Look at the user reviews for this one. I’m not alone in my love for this one. If you look around you will see that the pricing at Amazon is very competitive and in a lot of cases they offer free shipping as well.

With the electric ones, I would say as long as you stay away from the bottom of the barrel you’ll be fine. Over time I have used several in the $30.00 to $40.00 range and they were very similar in performance. Again, just take the time and read through some of the user reviews on Amazon and let others experiences help you with your selection. Either way you go, I’m sure you’ll wonder why you didn’t get one sooner.

Here’s to first impressions…
